Nzan Ogbe is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in creating and growing businesses in various sectors, ranging from oil & gas to commercial trading, real estate, and telecommunications. With a huge network of contacts in both the public and private sector in Nigeria, and in addition to being the Chairman of LPV Energies, he is also the founder and pioneer Chief Executive Officer of Levene Energy Holdings.
Over 40 years extensive commercial, regulatory and managerial experience in the energy industry, primarily with Shell. Former Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Gas Limited. Served as Shell appointed director to several Joint Venture Boards including the West African Gas Pipeline and Gas TransBoliviano S. A. Holds a a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London (1974).

Dare is a Petroleum Engineer with expertise in Petroleum/Mineral Economics, Geology and Reservoir Engineering. He has over 12 years of experience in the Oil industry both in the field and off the field. He worked on the implementation of the Nigerian Gas Masterplan Development focusing on indigenous participation. He served as a Technical Adviser on Oil and Gas Policies for the Lagos State Government of Nigeria.
Rinsola Olaniyi-Agboola is a Chartered Accountant with 13 years of Finance and Accounting experience in the oil and gas industry. She has worked both in the downstream and upstream sectors of the industry. During her years of experience, she worked with Texaco Nigeria PLC, Chevron Oil Nigeria PLC, CP Oil & Gas Limited and Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited in various capacities within the Finance Department.
